SHARJAH FINANCE DEPARTMENT. (SFD)

SFD has managed Sharjah’s financial affairs and government accounts, promoting the emirate’s developments to achieve the highest quality of governmental performance. SANED provides Soft Services (Housekeeping and Security) for government ..buildings in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Department of Public Works

DPW was established by Decree 9- 2000 Issued by HH Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi on 8 April 2000 to carry out all tasks related to the civil reconstruction of the Emirate. SANED provides technical services to the Sharjah Directorate of Public Works that includes maintenance for the government buildings in Sharjah Emirate Groups 5 & 11.

AMAN fire system by SPSA is a state-of-the-art electronic fire detection system that ensures the safety of people and properties in Sharjah. It connects all firefighting systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings with a central monitoring station that is continuously monitored to identify and respond to emergencies instantly. AMAN fire system was introduced in 2020 by the Sharjah Prevention and Safety Authority (SPSA) in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Sharjah

Training & Development Projects

SALAMA Training Center by SPSA is a leading institute that offers high-quality training programs on fire prevention and occupational safety and health in Sharjah. It is run by the Sharjah Prevention and Safety Authority (SPSA) and managed by SANED, the official strategic partner of SPSA. Salama Training Center was established in 2019 to support the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Sharjah, to enhance the safety and

security sof the emirates.

SHARJAH CIVIL DEFENCE

Sharjah Civil Defence intensifies its efforts to achieve prevention and safety from risks causing fire by spreading awareness for the prevention culture among citizens and residents through organizing campaigns and launching initiatives and projects related to awareness and education. SANED provides manpower services to Sharjah Civil Defence Fire fighting Team including Admin Team, Journalist and various Operatives for the protection of Sharjah citizens and residents for over 5 years now.

Sharjah Asset Management (SAM)

SANED provides Total Facility Management to the Business Units/Facilities of Sharjah Asset Management (SAM) the Investment arm of the Government of Sharjah across the Emirate of Sharjah since 2009 when Saned was a JV with Apleona HSG. Now, it evolved to SANED Facility Management under the full ownership of Sharjah Asset Management (SAM)

SHARJAH MEDIA CITY

SANED provides Total Facility Management services to Sharjah Media City for the Main and New Building A.B, C New Business Center. SHAMS is a 2 million m2 multi-use media city located in Al Messaned – Sharjah, with its doors open to talent from across borders.

Sharjah Electricity, Water & Gas Authority

SANED provides Soft services to Sharjah Electricity, Water & Gas Authority (SEWGA – formerly SEWA) across Sharjah, UAE. It is a government utility that provides electricity, water, and natural gas to approximately 300,000 consumers.

SHARJAH HOUSING

SANED provides Total Facility Management services (TFM) to ESKAN 4 Buildings that include MEP and specialized maintenance, cleaning & security under Sharjah Housing Department.

UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL SHARJAH

SANED provides VALET PARKING services to University Hospital Sharjah (UHS) which is a 325 bed academic and specialist hospital

SHARJAH EDUCATION ACADEMY

SANED provides NANNIES/TEACHER ASSISTANT services to Sharjah Education Academy nurseries/kindergarten schools for kids/toddlers under the Sharjah Finance Department (SFD) across Sharjah.

TAHSEEL

SANED provides cashiers services to TAHSEEL AND Livestock under Sharjah Finance Department (SFD).

SHARJAH RTA

SANED provides housekeeping services to Bus Shelters under the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority. SRTA oversees roads and transport sectors in the Emirate by creating short and long strategic plans of road projects to develop or construct the new projects in coordination with competent authorities, managing road infrastructure systems and projects, proposing toll gates systems.

Sharjah Performing Arts Academy

SANED provides soft services (housekeeping & security) to Sharjah Performing Arts Academy (SPAA). Sharjah Performing Arts Academy (SPAA), located in the Emirate of Sharjah, is officially licensed from 6/05/2019 by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the United Arab Emirates to award degrees/qualifications in higher education.
